Integration of 4B Systems with online payment operator Tpay
As a company that has worked in the IT industry for years, we fully understand the need to develop innovative sales methods and automate the process as much as possible. New technologies save time that can be used much more efficiently. In recent years, the market for online stores has developed a lot – we can buy clothes, books or toys from the other side of the world. All the more reason why we should be able to order breakfast, lunch, dinner, cake or pie online.
Out of a market need almost a year and a half ago, we developed the Foodeliver online ordering system for restaurants and bakeries, which provides convenience and time savings for both customers and caterers. We are constantly working on the product and aim to develop it in terms of marketing functionalities and adapt the system for other industries as well. On the other hand, the functionality that was key in the Foodeliver system from the very beginning was the integration with online payment operators. We believe that when selling online, you should add an online payment gateway to simplify and shorten the order process. It is also a safer option than cash flow.
Why are online payments so important in the food service industry?
Both in Foodeliver’s online ordering system for bakeries and pastry stores, and for other online stores, the ability to pay through online gateways has a lot of advantages:
- receiving payment for the order in advance, so you can spend the order without unnecessary steps,
- greater competitiveness in the local market, as not every locale has this option,
- Convenience and time savings, both for the premises and for customers,
- greater security – viruses and bacteria are carried on cash, which is crucial during a pandemic,
- The possibility of using a variety of payment methods.

Steps to start selling online with online payments:

4.In the Foodeliver system admin panel, under the Payment tab, there is a place to enter data and generated keys from the Tpay panel.
5.After entering them, save the changes and enable the payment test. Make a test order with online payment to make sure the integration is flawless.
6.You can disable the payment test and activate the ability to pay with the Tpay gateway for customers.
7.Start online sales with the selection of one of many online payment options. Customers can choose whether they want to pay via pay-by-link, BLIK or payment card.
8.The Foodeliver system will display information about the posting of the receivables. All you have to do now is issue an order.
9.Ability to redirect funds held in a Tpay account to a company account.
