SMSAPI integration with Foodeliver, SolarCRM and LegallyCRM

In response to the expectations of our clients, we have introduced integration with SMSAPI in our systems. The products in which the integration was carried out are:

  • FooDeliver – online ordering system for the food service industry (restaurants, foodtracks, bars, bakeries, pastry shops);
  • SolarCRM – a web-based solution for the photovoltaic and installation industry to manage relationships with customers and merchants;
  • LegallyCRM – a system for compensation and law firms (attorneys and counselors), fulfilling most of the needs of managing the customer service process.

Why did we choose to integrate SMSAPI into our systems?

Functionality available with the SMS dispatch module

1 Foodeliver online ordering system for the food service industry:
◦ The ability for restaurants to contact customers and groups of customers to send discount codes or informational content;
◦ Generating marketing content and one-time discount codes to customers as part of marketing plans and loyalty program (SMS campaigns);
◦ the possibility of internal communication in the restaurant – generating notifications of new orders to the owner, employees, food supplier.

2. SolarCRM system for the photovoltaic and installation industry:
◦ easy, simple and, most importantly, fast communication between users of the system (management, references, customers) – the ability to inform about current activities, changes in the status of the case, etc.

3 LegallyCRM system for the legal and compensation industry:
◦ the possibility of easy and fast communication between users of the system (directors, attorneys, references, clients) – the ability to inform about current activities, changes in the status of the case, etc.

Foodeliver integration with SMSAPI

1.In the Settings tab, find and press the Configuration module.

2.We are looking for the SMS Gateway module.

3.Go to where we previously created an account. In the panel, go to API settings and there select the API Token option.

4.We generate a Token which we then enter into the system in the API Token field.

5.You can define the sender of the message (11 alphanumeric characters).

6.NOTE! SMS will display the sender of the SMS message that has been set in the SMSAPI Panel.

Integration of SolarCRM and LegallyCRM with SMSAPI.

1.You need to log in to the administrator account. In the settings, find the integration option. The same is true for LegallyCRM.

2.Enter the API key generated on the previously established account on the page in the designated place. Save Changes.

3.The message sender field must be defined on the account

4.It is possible to use SMS dispatch by on accounts with granted permission to access the functionality.

Pluses of integration with

One of the biggest pluses of integrating IT systems such as SolarCRM and LegallyCRM with SMSAPI is simply the time savings and convenience of use. The time saved by sending SMS from 4B Systems can be used more efficiently. An additional plus is the ability to quickly view customer communications (sent SMS messages are saved in the system) – there is no need to check phones and look for text message content.

For FooDeliver’s online ordering system, the integration’s internal restaurant notification feature is also a plus. In addition, thanks to SMSAPI, the Foodeliver system has powerful marketing features that allow it to significantly increase sales and, consequently, profits. In a few minutes, the restaurant can:

  • Create a marketing plan that generates automatic SMS messages to customers who have not ordered in a long time with an incentive to buy again;
  • Generate an SMS to your entire customer base with marketing, informational content or a discount code to encourage online ordering;
  • create a loyalty plan with conditions, after meeting which the system will automatically generate SMS messages with the indicated discount code.
